Reverend Colin & Reverend Maureen Francis have been married for coming up to 36 years and have one daughter.


Reverend Colin has been involved in ministry to men for over 34 years, some of which was spent doing District and National Men’s Ministry in the Church of God of Prophecy. In 2004, Colin started the BTM Life Light Project which was initially set up to provide counselling, support, training and development services to men and boys. He counsels men on a regular, one to one basis, as well as one to one bible studies. He also mentors young men and boys, runs seminars, and also runs the Be That Man Men’s School of Ministry, which is a ten week course for the development of men in line with God’s Word. The course is based on his books, “Be That Man,”  "It's a Man Thing" and his CD teaching, “Out of Order”. Over time, the Lord has expanded this vision to families. This has been the result of the journey Colin and Maureen have had in their own lives, particularly with their marriage, which has endured many challenges. He has a certificate in General and Crisis Counselling, Clinical and Pastoral Counselling and a diploma in Ministers of the future Bible course which he passed with distinction.


Reverend Maureen Francis has been in ministry for many years. She underwent several training courses for teaching and leadership in the Church of God of Prophecy, the church she grew up in. In 2006, the Lord called Maureen into a ministry to hurting people. She received training from Ellel Ministries, a ministry which provides inner healing, emotional healing, physical healing, deliverance and discipleship training, and now does personal ministry on a regular basis.

Ministry to Men & Boys

This ministry is designed to help men form character as shaped by Jesus Christ, through His Word, and to prepare each man for family life, leadership, community relations, church activities and beyond. and to further offer prayer ministry, help, relief, encouragement, advice and personal ministry to enable you to work through any issues you may have.

Ministry to Women & Girls

This ministry is designed to help women form character as shaped by Jesus Christ, through His Word, and to prepare each woman for family life,  community relations, church activities and beyond. and to further offer prayer ministry, help, relief, encouragement, advice and personal ministry to those who are hurting & are in need of emotional & inner healing.

Bone of my Bones Marriage Ministry

This ministry is designed to help Marriages form their relationships through God's Word, and to prepare each couple for their journey of life together. and to further offer prayer ministry, help, relief, encouragement, advice, teaching and personal ministry to enable you to work through any issues you may have in your relationship.

BE THAT MAN MEN'S SCHOOL OF MINISTRY.

Today there is a real need to have a Centre for Men. A place where men from all walks of life can come into an environment in which they are comfortable enough to deal with the deep-rooted issues of their lives. Where they will not be mocked, laughed at, teased, or scorned, but will receive genuine help and support from men who care and understand.

WOMEN'S MINISTRY

Reverend Maureen Francis has been called into ministry to hurting people. She received training from Ellel Ministries, a ministry which provides inner healing, emotional healing, physical healing, deliverance, and discipleship training, and now does personal ministry on a regular basis.


Reverend Maureen often combines her prayer ministry with her husband, Colin. They have found that some couples have particular issues which would benefit from individual counselling/prayer ministry, man to man, woman to woman. By working through their specific issues, couples are better placed to work out the problems they have with each other.


Reverend Maureen is also a highly skilled, powerful, dynamic, anointed, effective speaker. She regularly ministers with her husband, Reverend Colin Francis, on Facebook Live on their Time of Ministry and Bone of My Bones Marriage Ministry Facebook pages.
